Forbes once again conducted a survey. This time it was to find out who’s face people want to buy. They gathered all covers of “People”, “Star”, “US Weekly”, “In Touch Weekly”, “Life & Style” and “OK” for over a year long. The data was anaylsed in terms of issues sold as compared to each magazine’s average newsstand sales, number of full magazine covers, and each star’s likability.

What a coincidence. Only a few days ago I watched “10 Things I Hate About You” again and today I read that ABC Family wants to air a new TV show that is inspired by the film. It is said that it will focus on sisters Kate and Bianca Stratford, originally played by Julia Stiles and Larisa Oleynik. I don’t think that they’ll come back and take their old roles again although it’s be great to see Julia again. Even more interesting is the question about Heath Ledger who was Kate’s boyfriend Patrick Verona. Who will take on his role? Do you have any suggestions?

Heath Ledger’s family has decided to give all the money they inherited to his daughter, Matilda Rose. Heath’s will, which he signed in April 2003, said that half of his estate was to go to his three sisters and the other half to his parents. At that time Matilda wasn’t even born yet. And so, the family decided to give the estimate $20 million to Matilda.

This is a heart-melding news. Apparently, Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell, who together completed Heath Ledger’s final film role in the film “The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus”, have decided to donate their salary to Ledger’s two-year-old daughter, Matilda. The actors were worried for the little girl as Ledger’s will didn’t include his daughter. They also mistrust Ledger’s father who is now responsible for his estate. That’s because family members are concerned that Kim Ledger will mismanage the estate.

It’s clear now. Heath Ledger died of an overdose of too many predcription medications. There were painkillers, anti-anxiety drugs and sleep aids found in his blood.

Although there is an explanation now, it doesn’t make the loss less tragic!

I cannot believe it but Heath Ledger has died on Tuesday morning. According to the police it is to be assumed that he died of an overdose of sleeping pills. An autopsy is scheduled Wednesday, but it will be weeks before there is a certain answer.
